One of our comapny cars was fines for speeding 12 km in Gent.

These cars are used by all personell, and we couldn't determine who was driving that time. Anyway teh company will pay the fine, so whats the problem.
Belgium policve is starting to irritate to force the drivers name. Do we have to do this? as a Dutch company??

And small question, is there nobody in a Dutch company who speaks either Dutch or proper English?

It's probably in English since this section of the subforum says 'Place for international visitors. Preferred language is English'

If you don't know, you don't know and you can't tell them what you don't know. Tell them that, stay on the phone as long as they like and repeat that you have no knowledge of the driver at the time. Patiently wait until they end the conversation, don't try to end it yourself or they will keep calling back.

Or ask if they can wait a couple of seconds while you get another colleague on the phone who might know.
That person takes 3-4 minutes to answer (even though he's sitting next to you) :D , then repeats that he doesn't know either, but might know a colleague that does...(repeat action here)
